Hairuwear has one opening left for an Account Service Representatives. The main responsibilities of an Account Service Representative (ASR) are to build relationships with clients and account base and encourage others to purchase products. The Service Representatives work very closely and are assigned to work with an Account Manager to help achieve sales goals and work in a team environment.

The Account Service Representative is a full-time position with full-time benefits and has a commission potential of $250 - $650 monthly. Benefits include Company Paid Life and Disability Plans, 8 Company Paid Holidays and a Birthday Holiday as well as generous Paid Time Off. Employees may elect coverage in our Health, Vision, Dental and Flexible Spending Plans and are also eligible to participate in the Company’s 401k Plan after 30 days of employment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Generate outbound calls/New business prospecting/Cold Calling
  • Qualify leads for the sales team
  • Perform Inside Sales support duties
  • Actively listen to clients needs and answer questions about our products and trouble shoot any issues that may arise.
  • Assists in sales campaigns
  • Generates excitement with new solutions and products
  • Enters detailed information into ERP system used for sales.
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Assists Account Managers as well as other Account Service Reps in a sales team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales/service role of 3 years
  • Experience in beauty industry/salon preferred, but not required
  • Must be a self-motivated individual
  • Must work well with others and be a team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrates professionalism
  • Effectively utilizes Microsoft office applications
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability is a must in our team environment
